What do you do when you want a costume that fits you perfectly? You go to a tailor shop, tailor takes your measurements, you wait, you come back to the shop and get a so desired costume. The problem is that we pay so much attention to our outerwear while forget about underwear. And underwear is what touches your precious body all day long, and the quality and correct fit means a lot here.

Helen Kukovski proposes to re-think how do you buy your lingerie, with the goal to bring you best quality, style and fit. Think about it like about going to a lingerie tailor, but it won't take much of your time and money. You can measure yourself at the comfort of your own home, order and pay online and get a parcel to your doors.

  Measure yourself

  If you wear some size and feel comfortable, provide a brand name and size in an order comment field. But your actual measurements would help even more. Do you have a measuring tape? Perfect! No? You can use a thread, string or ribbon.

  Do you have your measurements from previous time? Great, this may save you time. Just don't forget that your body changes over time, and so may your size change.

  Take your measurements according to this guide and find your size in the size chart. Or, for most of our items a free CUSTOM size option is available, and you don't need to deal with sizes.

  Choose an item you like

  Go to the lingerie or swimwear listing and choose anything you like. Use filters for the faster navigation or just swipe through all the styles. While on the product page, click or tap at the image and you'll see a bigger detailed picture of an item.

  All items are made professionally and of a high quality materials. We do our best to provide perfect fit and support for every size and style, but some styles give better support by definition. If you're unsure which style to choose, please contact us for some free help.

  Place an order

  When you're ready with your choice, go to a product page, select your size and add an item to cart. Or you may use a free CUSTOM size option and provide your measurements and any other details.

  Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page. We give a free worldwide shipping for orders over $100 so don't hesitate, order more for yourself or cooperate with friends to save some money. Check our shipping conditions for more details. We also offer a 5% discount for lingerie sets.

  When you're ready, go to a cart page, check your order and click "Proceed to checkout" button. We'll need your payment details, and a shipping address if it's different from you payment address. You have two payment options: credit/debit card or PayPal, feel free to choose any of them. If payment fails with one of the options you will be redirected back to checkout and proposed to try another option. Your credit card data is processed securely by certified payment providers and is not stored at our side or accessible by us. You can read more about payment options.

  Order production

  After being paid your order comes to production queue. It waits in a queue for 1 day in average, then goes to production that takes around 1-3 days. Helen personally checks all items before packing your order.

  Order shipping

  After being packed, your order is shipped and a tracking number is sent to you, if supported by your country's postal service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page and are already paid by you at this stage. Delivery takes 1-8 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
