How do I return an item?

Hi dear! We really try so hard to make a perfect fit for you, but if you are here - it means we failed somehow. But no worries, if an item didn't fit you, you can always return it for a refund (except the non-refundable list below), within 10 days of receiving your original order. Please check all conditions below.

Please return all items in it's original condition, including all tags, boxes and packaging. If an item is damaged, sadly, we won't be able to refund it.

Please-please do not return items you have worn. From time to time ( very rarely thought) we receive items with no tags, lipstick marks and different stains, these are all going to trash right away and can't be refunded. All goods will be inspected on return.

When returning the goods please make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. Keep the proof of posting until you receive a refund.

Usually the parcel gets back to us in 14 days, but it can take a bit longer for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

We'll refund back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after receiving a return order. It can then take up to 3-5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer, but most likely you will receive the refund the same day.

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

    1. Check if your item is suitable for return in NON-refundable items section below.
    2. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. If the tag seal is broken we will not refund for this item. So please, don't send us back items without tags ATTACHED as original. Those items will not be refunded. We except returns only for unused items and tags are protection from wearing an item.
    3. Cover your address label with our return address: Olena Mikhno, Avenida Portugal 46, 3Esq, 2790-477 Lisboa Portugal
    4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
    5. Keep your certificate of postage safe until a full refund is received.

NON-refundable items

Please, keep in mind, that we do not take returns on

  • Made to your measurements items ( Custom size option)
  • Items that you accidentally broke or ripped while trying on or unpacking even with a tag on
  • Panties ( underwear) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
  • SALE items

How do I return a faulty item?

  1. If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please contact us, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in "My Account"), along with the name of the item affected and the photos of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.
  2. Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in section 2 "How do I return an item?"

We'll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 2-5 working days of the day that we receive your return. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange any item to a different size or color, please contact us first to make sure it is possible. If we have that size or color in stock, we will exchange it. The shipping cost is payed by the buyer both ways.
