International orders

We ship worldwide ( except North Korea, Russia and Belarus). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. We provide free shipping for orders over 100 USD.

Tracking is available on all Standard Delivery services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Unfortunately we have no control over post and customs. Depending on destination and customs shipping may take from 3 to 30 days.

If you haven't received your parcel in 30 days, please contact us via e-mail so we can help.

PAYPAL

PLEASE, NOTE! If you pay with Paypal we will only ship to your Paypal address. If you placed an order with different billing and shipping addresses and payed with Paypal, and you don't want us to send to your Paypal address, then we will refund minus all unrefundable fees ( aprox. 20%).

No pick-up

The buyer is responsible for picking up his order at the post office. If you will not pick up your order we are not able to do anything. This order will be non-refundable. If the parcel is returned to the sender by post services, we can send it again, but the customer will have to pay again for the shipping cost.

Lost parcels

Please note, that international delivery may take 1-8 weeks, depending on destination and customs. If your tracking number is not updating in 30 days after the day of shipping please inform us. We will apply for parcel search.

If your parcel declared as lost we will send you a replacement item, or give you a full refund including shipping cost (what is more convenient for you).
